Coffee Exporting steps

01
Packaging
The processed beans, now known as green coffee, are packed into standard export bags (typically burlap or jute sacks) to protect them during transport. Each bag is labeled with detailed information about the coffee variety, origin, and lot number to ensure traceability and transparency.
02
Customs Clearance and Certification
We handle all necessary export documentation, including phytosanitary certificates, quality control certificates, and export permits. We also ensure that our coffee complies with the regulations of the destination country. Trakem works with local customs authorities to obtain clearance for shipment.

03
Logistics and Shipping
Once cleared, we coordinate with trusted logistics partners to arrange shipping by sea or air, depending on the buyer’s preferences. The coffee is loaded onto containers and transported to its destination, ensuring that it reaches international markets safely and on time.
